    The capital line project includes a bike path on 4th st downtown. I think there's already been separate public meetings for that

    I’m at least a bit more optimistic long term lol. With all that’s happening in Franklinton and the Westland mall site inevitably being developed, it’ll be interesting to see what happens to the hilltop in the next few decades. Franklinton has the benefit of being right next to downtown, and the westland development will most likely use the casino and easy highway access as its main attractions. Assuming the LinkUS initiative does its job and greatly improves transportation along broad street, I could see some big changes happening in this area
