There's now an "available up to 250,000 sq ft" sign up at this site. Just got put up recently

I heard a rumor that the factory not far from here - Quality Stamping on Praha Ave - will be closing by the end of the month. If true, I wonder if whoever ends up with the above site on Bragg will also look to purchase the Quality Stamping site.

I grew up right by jackass hill on the Praha end, and up until recently when she moved, my mom still lived in that house by there. Jackass hill technically no longer exists, as it's blocked off at the Praha end. It used to lead to side roads with houses all over each of the side roads, that eventually led out to Broadway. It was kind of a shortcut from that neighborhood to get to Broadway (and vice versa, with the fire department right by that part of Broadway). It got closed off way before Opportunity Corridor came into play.

On Broadway, in between Save-A-Lot on one side (the same side) and the Boys & Girls Club on the other This is fantastic news! Whatever these plans are in addition to the news you've already broken about the area could really revitalize the area - it's much needed

Hopefully this is just the start of some much needed face lifting in this area

Update on the Reserve Premier site. Do we know what kind of warehouse this is going to be?

Demolition is moving rather quickly for the reserve premier site: This is looking south on E 55th from near Opportunity Corridor: Turning onto Bragg Rd from E 55th St: On Bragg Rd, looking into the Reserve Premier site: I've been paying pretty close attention to this, as I live not far from the area. They seem to be moving rather quickly.
