Coshocton / Coshocton County: Developments and News
Two guys actually robbed the sportszone recently and set it on fire. They're in the process of cleaning things up right now so it's temporarily closed. I'm in Coshocton all the time so I plan to add some pics to this thread when I have a chance.

Columbus: At our current rate we will reach 10,000 units in 30 years, not 10
Whenever you start a big project involving many different organizations the first few years is spent hashing out the details so you can't expect much to happen during those years. I'm sure the city has benchmarks in their plan that they plan to meet at certain points during the project. There are probably some assumptions as well. You can't possibly take everything into consideration so maybe they won't reach 10,000 units but having lofty goals is never a bad idea. Personally, I think it's bad to be too realistic because it kills your motivation. As someone else mentioned any number of things could happen causing a drastic decline or boom in population. You have to go with the facts you have now and leave some things up to assumption.

There was an O'Neil's in Coshocton where Peebles is today.

Columbus: General Business & Economic News
I agree with that last post. They should have to have some sort of "net gain" based on the median number of jobs they have had over a certain period of time, like 5 years or something.

Most expensive/Least expensive home for sale in your zip code
I'll do Coshocton 43812 (my hometown) since someone already did New Albany. Most expensive: $595,000 MLS#1393603 Least Expensive: $14,900 MLS#1400787 There is another listing in 43812 that's $750,000 but that includes a house and 124 acres (could be commercial) so I didn't include that one.
