The most I have seen is a few years ago it was just over the banks by the grain elevator. The bulkhead is quite low in that spot.

So the metroparks runs and maintains the property. That explains why it says state of Ohio on county records and that triangle at Carniege and Ontario says Cleveland even though the metroparks maintains it. All being said they already have a stake in this property making them a more logical intermediary.

I know the Metroparks owns the parking lot under I-90. They probably own the rest of that plot.

I feel like they want the park to prevent future discussion of a new bridge. City/County - Can't put a new bridge there since there is a park. Sorry guys. These guys can't see the benefit of connecting multiple up and coming areas.

I feel like this would be a great site if they went the campus route. Have multiple fields to be able to host tournaments and camps. Sort of like a tennis tournament with all the fields surrounding the stadium which will host the big matchups and championship games. Have access to a new red/blue/green rapid stop.

I am getting the feeling rowing sports could be a part of the training at this facility. Would make sense why the kayak launch is basically a part of this build out.

I feel like all these developers are just staring at each other waiting for the other to do something about Eagle Ave. bridge. They need to realize getting it back online will benefit everyone. The city and county need to get together and get everyone down there to chip in.

I always saw this building being referred to as Barad-dûr from Lord of the Rings. Just imagine the eye of Sauron on top of that thing.

It feels like an April fools joke but the city chiming in is weird. They should not be doing jokes like this or they are also getting duped.

This looks like it is on the same site as the thermal plant. There is no way a stadium gets built there by a 2025 season. Infrastructure wont even be ready by then.

Will there be a way to view this meeting after the fact? Couldn't sit down during the time frame but would like to view it.
