  1. This design is seriously awesome. Love that it's able to show off both the history and nature of the area at the same time.
  2. I think I remember some discussion about this upthread?
  3. View from Tremont (2/11/24)
  4. Fair enough, it would be pretty convenient to have a direct rail connection from Circle East to downtown. With the HealthLine running through there every 15 minutes already, however, I think the station providing the additional frequent transit to Mayfield instead of Euclid is somewhat justified. If we're gonna go back in time, the HealthLine should have been rail.
  5. It's starting to sound like that ass is gonna get a whole lot bigger...
  6. The fact that both are upside down suggests it was intentional... maybe they're waiting to flip them until they're actually ready to open?
  7. Today from the Red Line bridge:
  8. The scale of this project is impressive even just from the window of the Red Line
  9. Here’s some close-ups of the façade: I like how well this filled up the Euclid street-wall
  10. Took a few of my own before I fly out for the weekend:
  11. Cole Eye expansion progress (10-24-23)
  12. The Abbey Townhomes & Flats (10-24-23)
  13. Driftwood is finally moving along…
  14. Meijer Fairfax Market (10-24-23) Medley apartments
  15. Isn't that what parks are for? This isn't a high rise, it should only take a minute or so to get outside. And this area will be getting a LOT more "outdoor space" pretty soon
  16. To be fair, Rebol is open til 8pm. But we could use some more options, especially if downtown is going to add more “districts” like the ballpark village
  17. This is pretty awesome, I’d like to see more highway removal projects that respect their historical context
  18. Park Lamont apartments & townhomes from Orr Park (9-29-23)
  19. Fairfax Market (9-29-23) Aura at Innovation Square Hudson & Frank Avenues extending from E 101st at Playwright Park across E 105th
  20. NE corner of Cedar & E 100th (9-29-23)
  21. Library Lofts (9-29-23)
  22. My boyfriend rides an e-bike to work and hasn’t had any problems locking just about anywhere with an anti-theft alarm and a high quality lock (ie. not a cable lock). I’d also recommend removing the battery before you go inside, if possible. For something more secure, The Bike Rack on E 4th is supposed to offer indoor parking, also for a charge, with access to lockers/showers and repairs. It’s probably worth calling to check if they’re still open; they’re listed as temporarily closed on Google. https://clevelandbikerack.com/
