  1. The lights looked nice and there were lots of people there on this beautiful spring night, but the show certainly didn't give them anything to come back to or even tell their friends about. It would be better if they removed the destination cleveland narration entirely and just let the lights and music run. The narration is so tacky. There's definitely potential there, but destination cleveland needs to get out of its own way.
  2. They are definitely still working on the ground floor, so it seems likely.
  3. New apartments on w6th finally opening up for tenants. These have been in the works for a while now, they look nice. Eta: here's what that qr code links out to https://hpmpm.appfolio.com/listings/detail/8bff4f51-4c12-4323-ba10-16942cae65b2
  4. Another sunny day view, this time from settlers landing.
  5. Now I'm drivin the bus
  6. lookin good from the Harp
  7. I chatted with the owner (I think) the other day when I was walking by. It sounds like it's gonna be NY style pizza by the slice and desserts, not sure what kind. He'd been living in the neighborhood and noted the lack of late night food options when people are coming out of the bars, so is hoping to fill that gap. Can't wait!
  8. New bar going above Tomo on w9th opening next weekend
  9. Agreed that these individual street closings aren't the Big Win, but hopefully more and more successfully pedestrianized pockets like E4th, Market St, etc. will start to add interest in and support for these larger changes.
  10. It looks like a quick flip of a weird old building, not a brand new building built to be apartments.
  11. They should build HQ2 even taller than HQ1, make that the big tower.
  12. View today from the Phoenix on St Clair
  13. I'll be there if I can sneak away from work!
  14. Anyone know what's going on with the casino? It's been walled off for months with nothing going on in there other than pulling out the 'planters', which was done pretty much as soon as the fencing went up.
