Cleveland Heights: Development and News
As of 2 years ago absolutely not, but its possible they could have changed their tune. If here, likely Westlake/Avon Lake. I could certainly see them establishing in Columbus, and certainly there before Cleveland. LOL, on Rochester. It is merely where they started out. They cant seem to grow fast enough in the DC suburban market, and now the NYC market.

Wegmans has no interest in this market. not a growth market and not the demographics they are seeking for a new store. Heinens had been mentioned before.

I hope to love it. I really love the old style of marquees with all the bulbs. I just hope it doesn't look too cheep and cartoonish as that type of gold can look plastic-ey Definitely more colorful, and i like the thought process that went into each design. What does everyone think?

Classics/table 45... Even when our department had a yearly holiday lunch it would be at the North Coast Cafe.... Never Table 45 for some reason.

Its been somewhat hush hush aside from “general”, news. Seen some renders but not to the extent of something that should be breaking ground soon. According to CCF, it is still expected to break ground this year and only slightly behind schedule. They have been converting space in NA to additional research space.- Cleveland: Downtown: Tower City / Riverview Development
also agree. if they are going to put trees here they should be a columnar variety. They should really be making an effort to not obscure the arches. I thought at one point previously they had some nice sized columnar variety of ginko here.- Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
The trash is definitely terrible. Even pieces of cars everywhere (im guessing a-lot of high speed chases or racing with crashes, but also many trees run down like we had seen after they were planted on the west shoreway.- Cleveland: Streetscape Improvements
i was equally happy about this. When i was still living in DC they had redone Penn Ave. in front of the White House and used Princeton Elm. They had notable size in just 3 years. Frontier, somewhat less course and smaller overall canopy is still rather quick growing and will develop a fairly large canopy.- Cleveland Heights: Development and News
I always said the same thing. And spot on regarding not its proximity and not capitalizing more on UC and job growth.- Cleveland: University Circle: Cleveland Clinic Developments
No- Cleveland: University Circle: Cleveland Clinic Developments
What's with the two areas on the Clinic's map that are demarcated by red dashed lines? It's gotta be demolitions. I vaguely recall Cleveland Clinic considering demolishing its original 1921 building, the T Building. Correct, T building and Mellon Center are not expected to survive. These are the 2 buildings with the red dashes.- Cleveland Heights: Development and News
Thats right. If anybody knows anyone in clevelands hts., please make sure they are aware of, and understand the importance of this issue, and the larger implications of this passing.- Cleveland: Detroit-Shoreway / Gordon Square Arts District: Development News

There was already a campaign by some group for this. i will see if i can find.- Cleveland: Downtown Parks & Public Spaces - Development/Construction
Exactly. This and the urgency and new attitude towards the West Side Market have already set this Mayor lightyears apart from the previous in huge ways.- Cleveland: Random Development and News
