I don't want to seem pessimistic but won't these grass parking lots just be mud pits halfway through the season? Seems like a coy way to say, "Look we put in "green" space!" When it's really just a parking lot. Hopefully they relinquish the land south of the stadium and add it to the park. However it's still there in the render.
