  1. Sometimes I wonder if there are people in city hall even thinking of this or other similar ideas. Perhaps more engagement with those who live there, or are interested in the subject, we could see more progress. I think this is a great idea.
  2. Are we seeing progress on this project? I can't read the article.
  3. I can't say on the new sign but I used to work for the company that is replacing it. American Sign Company. What a toxic workplace.
  4. Why Oakley? And why is that the go to choice for any kind of stadium project? It sucks getting around there as it is.
  5. I will say the amount of apartment conversions near where I live is pretty amazing. I truly think downtown will change a lot in the next five years, and that will influence the office market in some ways. Carew, 4th and Vine, and a lot of other old office buildings becoming residential is going to have a lasting effect.
  6. I'm curious as to what is so unappealing about working downtown. Both from an employer and employee standpoint. Is it something specific to Cincinnati? It seems other similar cities haven't felt quite to exodus as we have. And places like Milwaukee Cleveland and Nashville are building offices in their downtowns.
  7. as much as I love a more pedestrian friendly Fountain Square, you're talking about shutting down one of the few connections from 75 to 71, 471, and Columbia Parkway. I just think this would make things worse for every street around the area. Until we get more of the downtown apartments online and residents in the area, closing 5th just seems like a bad idea to me.
