    There’s a several new retail/restaurants set to open soon on Lorain between 45th + 52nd. Modela (clothing) next to Greek Village, a realtor next to Forest city shuffleboard- was hoping for something different for that corner. I passed signage for ‘green wave cafe’ between the Judith and cents in a recently renovated storefront. Guitar riot/visible voice will fill a big gap once they join. Any timelines on either project?
