This building has turned out to be much better than the renderings which, obviously, couldn't capture the different ''looks'' the S-W tower provides in the course of 24-hours. These shots are the best with the contrast of darkened windows and ''white'' framing and we still get the reflecting neighboring buildings. Some pics makes the tower look ''smaller'' while others, like these, shows how big and tall (616' is no slouch after all) the S-W actually is.

I forgot about this project; maybe because there is so much development going on in UC. Looks great! More density please.

Stunning indeed. Long gone are the late '70s underage Friday night keg parties at what was then that era version of Settlers Landing aka an open field of sparse grass and dirt; perfect place to party. The only thing around was the Pirate's Cove when it was still a biker bar and, of course, on the west bank, The Harbor Inn.
