  1. Having checked CEGIS recently, I think some sort of project might be coming together along East 105th. Some holding company has bought up a series of neighboring properties along the main corridor in the last 2 months. Might be nothing, but just interesting to see.
  2. While I certainly wouldn't prefer Cliffs to leave, I see the reasoning. The US steel name is stronger and to sweeten the deal for regulators, Pennsylvania is way more of a swing state then Ohio. If this deal does happen, I could totally see the HQ being in Pittsburgh unfortunately. Same thing happened when Continental Airlines bought United but the United name was stronger.
  3. One thing I've been seeing personally that I'm a little confused about is the signal priority. I've seen from multiple sources that its been disabled but as someone who commutes across Euclid a lot, I'm pretty sure that its still enabled or at least it is at specific hours of the day. Whenever a healthline bus comes along and I'm stopped at the light, the lights skip the cycle to prioritize the bus going through.
  4. Is it possible for any future MLS team in Cleveland to play in the same stadium as the browns, wherever they end up? I know other cities have arrangements like this where soccer teams play in football stadiums. It would solve part of the issue of the stadium being empty so much of the year.
  5. There's actually a repaving project for Carnegie in the works for later this year https://www.clevelandohio.gov/sites/clevelandohio/files/2023-09-20 Design2 Public Meeting Carnegie Part 1 Flyerrjs_0.pdf
