Hocking County / Hocking Hills State Park: Developments and News
Here's the text from the article: LOGAN – A central Ohio philanthropist and hired developer are preparing to take their shot at the ever-growing Hocking Hills tourist industry, carrying with them big dreams and tentative plans for carrying them out. “We wanted to reach out to the community and tell them we’re coming, and about what we’re going to do in your community,” said Jon Willette, owner of the Dublin-based 4 Points Developers. Late last month, he and an employee visited the Hocking County Board of Commissioners in an effort to be transparent and proactive to address the wishes and concerns of local residents. 4 Points, in Willette’s words, handles the “A to Z” of its clients’ construction projects, from management of architects and contractors, design, site selection, obtaining permits, and other issues that arise in the process of a development. Its previous projects – local, regional, and national – include restaurants, retail, schools, animal hospitals, the creative repurposing of shipping containers for commercial and residential use, and more. Exactly. My point is the hype seems to have exponentially gone up since Covid and I'm wondering if there's a build up to anything major.
