The “FOP of Ohio” and The Cleveland Police Patrolmen’s Association (CPPA), the vast majority of CDP officers (900+), are two very different distinct organizations. FOP represents most suburbs. And the CPPA has not come out in favor of this.

Does anyone have the data of population change from ‘23 to ‘24 within each of the Cleveland neighborhoods ? I believe I’ve seen a map showing the net gains and losses by neighborhood before

Does this mean investors are buying up a plethora housing and manipulating the market when they re-sell? Or does this mean our population is naturally increasing ? Or is this a combination of both ?

Would be nice to see homes built there again. Like the modern ones from Scullin Dr (closer to Lorain Ave and Rocky River Dr) The city is in need of new single family homes

Ideas on what can be developed on this 50+ acre Cleveland (West Park) location ?? and/or why it is currently a large grass field that appears to have had all the prior homes demolished ?

Got busy, but meant to send this earlier too. Always wondered why nothing has been placed here ? Can’t be too close to airport because other buildings are closer.

Anyone familiar with “The Parker Townhomes” that are to be built near Warren Rd and Edgecliff Ave later this year ? I think the presale is about $475k per townhome.

Obviously he would or could fund the campaign of a challenging democrat, not a Republican. It would have to be a real sellout to go along with his agenda though 😂.

The question then becomes do each of the 3 wards that have downtown have a majority of their constituents in downtown or in the nearby neighborhoods ? My guess would be that wherever the majority of constituents lay, for those 3 respective wards, will receive all the attention.

What percent is the $30M of The City of Cleveland’s GDP? Secondly, if that level of public subsidy isn’t warranted in Cleveland (which I agree it shouldn’t be to that amount) then it surely isn’t warranted in BP!

Packed hotels, restaurants, bars, museums, and tourist sites (not even including the stadium Itself) for the entire weekend of these general events. 12 days of events per year really equates to 36 days of economic advantage. Plus we know that the majority of Cleveland Browns game attendees aren’t from the city. Therefore this brings people in to spend money in a city they usually wouldn’t step foot in.

To really (in the short-term) resolve this problem of being near but not close enough to walk to all the businesses; they should install a shuttle bus that’ll take renters/owners that live on the peninsula to downtown and/or Ohio city or Tremont. The private bus could run on a 15 minute loop. 6am through 11pm on week days. Then 10am through 2:30am on weekends.

Yah driving northwest bound on Kinsman rd from E 93rd st is a great view of the city. The skyline looks extremely dense!

It is personal, but not for the reasons you think. Those of us in Cleveland are tired of losing, whether it be tax base, city prestige, population, safety, etc; all while the burbs pick at us from every direction, and have been doing so for the last 60 years. It’s time, we as informed citizens, unite our “Balkan” cities under the banner of Cleveland. This needs to be grass roots! Has anyone looked into ORC to see what needs to be done to get annexation on the ballot ? I want to live in a region where the Browns stadium will either be downtown Cleveland or just east of the airport Cleveland.
