Additionally, I have explored opportunities in the Historic Village, though I am concerned about its suitability for a new men's and women's boutique and the potential for walkable traffic. While I appreciate the charm of the historic area, I am uncertain about the timeline for its full development. I am particularly interested in learning more about the future development phases, specifically regarding the expansion around High Street from Rose Run.
