  1. Yess!! I know everyone is ready for the crane to do another height jump!
  2. You are correct! I found this online. This should turn out to be pretty cool! Probably like the lighting under the 3rd street bridge on Nationwide Blvd.
  3. I'm just curious about what they are doing? Did the city just grow up around these towers that once stood in cornfields or are the doing underground lines?
  4. I could see the Agave & Rye site possibly becoming a boutique style hotel at some point. The lot is pretty small to hold a large hotel.
  5. Anyone have a guess of when the crane will grow taller?
  6. We have a pretty decent skyline! Hopefully we start to fill in some of the gaps in the next few years.
  7. This will make for a nice little gateway into Whitehall along Main street.
  8. I just looked it up, and the average Trader Joe's is between 10k-15k sq ft. Wouldn't that be awesome!
  9. This is one of the main gateways into the neighborhood. I really hope there is some pushback on the parking stretching along 4th street.
  10. Starting to really be viewable with the rest of the skyline!
  11. Pizzuti built Miranova Condominiums also way back in I believe 2000. Still a beautiful building from the from the front view.
  12. Prime spot for a convention center hotel/parking but that's another topic.
  13. They can do better with masking parking in these new projects if the commission shuts them down! These developers are doing the bare minimum. Everyone remembers the convention center garage built a a while back, it was supposed to be mask with a screen that blew with the wind. Why even waste the extra money? It looks horrible and it's one of the first things you see if you're coming from the airport and visiting our city for the first time!
  14. Maybe if they would use glass for at least the top 6 or 7 floors it might look a little better but this looks straight out or Minecraft! SMH
  15. $1140 range for a studio up to over 3k for a 2 bedroom. You can go to apartments.com and type in 150. E Gay Street.
  16. Here's a picture of the building. It's located at 4th and Gay Street.
  17. I wasn't sure if this project at 150 E. Gay had its own thread but renderings and pricing are up! Studios start at $1,334 and go up to $3,689 for the largest two bedroom 2.5 bath.
  18. Construction crew have started installing the glass panels on the tower portion of the building. Sorry for the second blury picture, I was trying to take one being a passenger driving along 670.
  19. Quick shot of the new apartments along Whittier Street. Here's a before of the old Giant Eagle. What a difference this makes to the neighborhood!
  20. Elevate 340 heading north into downtown.
