Wonder if they are annoyed they can’t fill out the commercial space on first floor.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Enquirer article is making it seem like both of these options are definitively out. Meanwhile the courier article states that they are both able to resubmit proposal after updated urban design plan is complete.

I much prefer the 2nd one as well

Cincinnati: Over-the-Rhine: Development and News
Huge step to improving this area north of Liberty. Excited to see how this will look in a couple years when the apartments are renovated too.
-
Cincinnati: Hyde Park: Development and News
What I would pay to see the meltdown from the Hyde Park residents that showed up lol
-
Cincinnati: Fountain Square: Development and News
Do you have to be negative about literally everything? Must be exhausting to be upset about so many things
-
Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
I’ve wondered the same as well. Unless they do turf or something I have no clue how it wouldn’t turn into a huge mud pit after a heavy rain

Cincinnati: Potential New Arena
I was in HBC about a month ago and it’s embarrassingly bad. The process of getting in the arena is hilariously disorganized and slow. Once you get inside it’s like being transported to the 70’s. To the point that was made earlier about not missing big concerts, we are not going to get a memo that says “sorry your arena sucked so we passed” they will simply choose other cities. So I think the fact we are missing out on major performances is being majorly undersold . Taylor Swift is an extreme example but just 1 concert of hers provided close to $100 million for 1 weekend.

Cincinnati: West End: Development and News
Cincy projects that missed out include - The Terraces - First National Bank Building - Factory 52: Phase 2 - Atrium One edit: Factory 52 next phase is still moving forward even though they lost out on funding. They were apparently going to use the TMUD credits for another parking garage.

Cincinnati: Hyde Park: Development and News
They mention in the article that the Michigan terrace is around the same height but the council just ignored that fact (probably because some of them live in that)
-
Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
Well we were gonna have a Pendry at the Gwynne building. Not sure what that’s going to be now. But if Pendry is still interested in Cincy then Netherland would definitely fit the bill.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
Excited to finally see some movement on this. Would especially love to see Ft Washington Way get capped. Would be a perfect spot for Oktoberfest in the future or big events like NFL draft

Cincinnati: West End: Development and News
There was supposed to be, but I think someone mentioned on here that they ran into issues with financing. No clue where they stand now. It’s still listed as “under development” on the developers website so idk
