  1. https://www.bizjournals.com/cincinnati/news/2024/07/29/fc-cincinnati-bid-host-2027-mls-all-star-game.html Interesting tidbit in here where Berding claims that “expects to make progress on mixed use development on FC Cincinnati land by the end of 2024”. not sure if that means they are moving forward without the TMUD credits or perhaps they are going to start development and apply for the credits in the meantime.
  2. Unfortunately this is the American way. 15 parking spots per person minimum!
  3. Updating my own question, walking by and saw that Madabolic is going in as one of the units. Apparently it’s a gym which seems odd considering the apartment already has one. But at least something is going in there! Hopefully will spur some more development, as there is 15,000 sq feet of commercial space available. https://madabolic.com/the-workout/
  4. It’s a beautiful building. Would be prime for apartments/condos
  5. Any talk of commercial retail on 1st floor of Woodburn Exchange? We could really use a bodega or small market in the area. I’m no commercial real estate expert but I’d think with the parking lot across the street and the walkability of Woodburn Avenue would be a great appeal to potential small businesses. also side note if anyone was curious the former Rowan & Emery is going to be a wine and paint spot!
  6. Cool, thanks! Should be an incredible addition to the city. I’ve looked at some pictures of their other hotels and they are stunning.
  7. Are they just waiting for the TMUD credits or are there other state credits that they are applying for? This seems like a matter of when, not if in terms of the development. I’m wondering if they are unsuccessful to obtain more credits if they just decide to decrease the scope of the project.
  8. I think this has been asked already but does anyone know if the Pendry Hotel is still happening? I thought I saw some people working on it when I was at Richter & Philips the other day.
