I will...I meant to long ago and forgot, and then I guess I assumed by now someone else must have (it has been literally over 6 months).

Spot on, although I think that Marotta's blows away even Geraci's (which is also good).

Cleveland: Crime & Safety Discussion
Exactly, the enemies are the criminals AND those who capitalize off of it rather than fight it. Sorry if this has been mentioned before on here, but does anybody know what is up with the lady that has been hanging around at E. 30th and Carnegie a lot for at least 6 months now? She waits for the light to turn red, then walks between the lanes, stopping to peer in every car window. I have seen this dozens of times, and she does exactly the same thing any time. If she was selling drugs (or otherwise), I would think the police would have figured it out by now (being so consistent in actions and location, especially on a busy intersection). And if she's not selling drugs, I can't figure out what she IS doing.

CLEVELAND: Google "Street View!"
It's like flood pants for a house (even around the side it looks like it's up on stilts). Also, it seems that anything below the raised up portions is unused, except for the garage.

CLEVELAND: Google "Street View!"
Understood, and I agree it's uber-cool, especially for someone far away. I wasn't referring to anything you said initially, I was just poking fun at the exaggeration of the reporter when he basically claimed that there was no reason to see anything in person if you could just see it in Google StreetView.

Cleveland Eateries: A Where To Guide for Visitors and Residents
Jimmy Dadonna's ranks up there with Olive Garden in my book. WAY too much garlic (and I love garlic) in their red sauce. The salad dressing was not very good. The restaurant itself is about as bland as it gets, and in an even more bland location. MurrayHill, I agree with some of your assessments, except I would have Guarino's up there. I have thoroughly enjoyed everything I have ever eaten there, their sauce is second to none, and the price is right. Also, Valerio's is excellent, but not Sicilian-style. It's mostly northern Italian cuisine. Also, did you see at Valerio's La Gelateria they are making stone-oven pizzas now?

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
There were A LOT of drugs around in the 60s and 70s, which explains a lot about the times and the beholders' eyes. I am encouraged that they seem to have dumped the "cut through" idea and seem to be maintaining the density very well. I like the plans presented here, and hopefully the final outcome will resemble them very closely.

Cleveland Guardians Discussion
Not only are people in money crunches, the money is being spread around now that we have 3 legitimate contenders in town. Remember that in the Indians heyday of selling out, there was NO Browns, and the Cavs were abysmal.

Cleveland: Downtown: The 9 / Rotunda / County Admin Development
Umm yeah, sorry I don't know what I was looking at, big time brain fart. As if Huron coming in there shouldn't have been enough, the lack of the Rotunda really should have tipped me off, or the location of the tower. Well, for that corner...hmm...I think I kinda like it.
