Isn't there some kind of legal precedent that states you can't keep bringing up the same petition in a certain amount of time? Anyone can get 7500 on any issue. If they lose this one, whats to stop them from getting signatures again?

It could completely backfire. People could read that and go "Well, they are on pace to have enough so I don't have to sign" What is going on with Horstman? Is he being told what to write? Or has he always been this biased in the past? I have heard from numerous people that they are collecting signatures from homeless people, nursing homes, and bars AGAIN. Many of these signatures will be deemed invalid. This is such an incredibly stupid piece of legislature
