Greetings to all of you who love downtown Cincinnati! So do we at the edge. Some of you have come to see us and we are hoping those who have not will. We are open Thursdays 5-7 and Saturday and Sunday 12-4. To address some of the posts I read... Yes, we are adding floors-six in fact. We shall go from a five story brick building to a 12-story glass building. There will be three floors of indoor parking, a roof entertainment area that will include a "doggie area" and putting green, exercise room, storage lockers and security. We do still have one unit priced at $159,900! It is a really neat loft and warrants a look. Construction will begin when we can. The current owners operate a printing company and their new building will not be available as soon as planned. This will result in move-in for the edge Condos to be in Spring, 2008 at the earliest. It is quite a feat to add 6 stories after first deconstructing the original five! But we think the wait will be well worth it! Meanwhile, whatever sales price you get today, will be locked in with a contract in 2006! We are currently offering introductory pricing and they will soon be raised.
