I think Ohio and Michigan should get more funding than the any of the faster growing states like NC, GA, Arizona or Nevada.

Just to be fair, 200,000(300,000 people) cars and trucks use I-75 everyday. Compare that with the 12k that may use the streetcar everyday. I'm for it all though.

Holy Chit!! Where we go from here? Start planting our own gardens for food? The internet would suffer too with people canceling their service in order to keep up with other bills. People will cancel their cable subscriptions, Cell phones and sadly even health insurance. Technology is in danger too.

I was just reading about the pilot that landed the jet into the Hudson river got a key to the city(NYC). What does this do? Give you extra perks? Pay no city taxes? Has any of Ohio cities gave a key to the city to anyone?

Well you could elevate a toll road above the interstate, but that would require every interchange to be modified.
