Raising sales tax only makes people goto neighboring counties. That's one thing that's causing a problem.

Jmeck you only had it easy, because no one else was on the roads. If everyone showed up at work it would be a FAR different story. It's like saying a wide receive should have had a touchdown because he's was wide open after every play. Nah he was not wide open. The defender went after the ball after it was thrown so of course the other receiver would look wide open after the fact.

Im just being a realist. Take the bailout for instance. It was not working out like they planned it so they changed things and it's still not working. They should have had the right plans from the start and stuck with it. It only creates doubts into buyers minds.

Why can't they stick to the original plan? This is doomed to fail.

Stronger fares? what does that mean? Competitive? Cheaper? In line with Delta? If it's the latter it will fail.

Actually all the homes around it could be bought for under 50k each.
