I don't know if the company went out of business. 2. The I-74 ramp meter system. The contractor walked away from that project. No reason is given. These are pretty small project compared to what's going to happen on I-75 in a few years. Don't ODOT investigate these companies before allowing them to work on these projects? Do ODOT always go with the lowest estimate? I hope someone could investigate.
