That build would have too much friction for pipes and valves. It would have to be replaced more often or even break because of the twisting nature of the building.

Forbes: America's Fastest Dying Cities
I think in the future the Federal Government will steer more and more companies to the more depressed area's of the united states. Like steering more companies to the city of Cleveland or to the state of Mississippi. Of course the Government will give them incentives to do so. It's just my opinion.

unusualfire replied to buildingcincinnati's post in a topic in Southwest Ohio Projects & ConstructionIf the aquarium closes then you would be on to something. Business close EVERY where and new ones takes its place. Look at the Towne Center. There are MANY business that close there. And then new ones move in. Tropicana closed because it was being sued. That's not NOTL fault. Anyone know the vacancy rate at NOTL?

Could Cincinnati/Dayton be in line for an NBA team?
I think if the county commissioners of Butler and Warren County could come together in some some sort of financing agreement. An arena could be build right on the border of both counties. Build a new exit at about a mile north of 63. If planned right, It would be booming with activity and development.
