  1. It looks like the OTR beat of the Hamilton County Deputies will end because the Failure. What the hell is that about??? Focus on high crime area's. So they would rather crime get out of hand again because the voters turned it down.
  2. I have a hard time believing Cleveland's GDP is just under Paris. ^Hmm i don't see it now. I must have read it in one of the links.
  3. Well you are comparing different pricing schemes. NFL tickets cost about 3k. it cost over 2k just to have the right to buy the seat. compare that to college which is about 15$-$50 a ticket for 6 or 7 games a year.
  4. It looks like it is going down. 47-53 against with 8% reporting.
  5. This defense is not working. They should switch to something else, because i can't imagine a defense that is worse. It's mid season and things are not changing. So change is needed.
  6. Why does Carson keeps going to a knee and not finish the play when they catch or try to catch someone offsides. It hurt them today since it was not called against the Bills during one of the drives in the game..
  7. WOw i said that, but i don't want him hurt though. I hope he will be ok.
  8. OMG Chad SUCKS this year.
  9. They said the 31 points the Bearcats scored in the first quarter is a school record for ANY quarter.
  10. My mom has some property in a place called Leigh high acres. It's east of Fort Meyers. The lot cost $4000 in 2005 now it's worth over 40k in 2007. It on paved roads but no utilities for about 3 miles around it. I wonder if they started to put in electricity down the road since the prices sky rocketed.
  11. ^Might as well close all bars and clubs since they bring ELEMENTS to the neighborhoods. Again this happend outside. The guy that shot them might not have even been in side the club at all, but just walking by to take advantage of someone who's drunk.
  12. ^Why does the club matter? It happend outside the club.
  13. It said it was a 61 yard TD. I wonder how many yards they all ran total to get the 61 yards..lol

^ Well predatory lending. If a house is foreclosed, they will have to move out.
  15. I can see this happening much more as transportation costs go up. China is next.
  16. Hmmm maybe back in 89 when compuserve was around.
  17. Something is fishy. Why would they try to rob rehabbers, knowing they are not going to carry much money with them in that area and if they tried to rob them, wouldn't the robbers block the front door preventing them from get out???
  18. ^ He'll be back in 3 weeks. The 9th game of the season.
  19. I know there are some firms doing software development for industrial machines. but these companies tend to be very small. I would have to agree with evergrey about the programs in universities. Atlanta has a slue of programs and universities that are gear toward it. http://www.hirezstudios.com/gaming_in_georgia.html

Hell i used erasers to clean the contacts..lol
  21. Or software development in general. I just ran across this company called Hi-Rez Studios. It's based out of Alpharetta, GA, an Atlanta suburb. It was started in 2005. Their first title to be released is going to be called Global Agenda. They are now licensed to use the Unreal Engine 3. The license alone cost 750k. My question is why can't Ohio get more investments in software development? Ohio has a alot of R/D but not in software. Keep in mind it's been 2 years and that game Global Agenda has not been released yet. So they are living off the investments until this game is stating to bring in revenue. I know Ohio has the power to do such investment but i don't see it happening.

If oil ever reached that much I think we would have been well on our way to convert to ethanol fuel.
  23. Some people have no clue. What's wrong with our feet??? Downtown is small enough to walk through. And we are a fat nation who desperately need exercise. So no, this is not a good idea, it's a bad one. A far better idea is light rail connecting the suburbs on all three sides, and I'm all for it. How much will it take? Let's find the money! Hey, if we could make the I-75 Union Centre exit happen with private funds, we can do this, too. --M., Cincinnati, Tuesday, June 12, 2007 - 1:10:00 PM $100 million dollars to go four miles and connect 2 neighborhoods (OTR and Downtown). I wish we could buy those buses that look like streetcars, and invest the remaining $95 million of unearned future tax income in Cincinnati Public Schools.
  24. WOW those people have some nerve. Here is what will happen. Property values along the line should rise. The rent in the occupied buildings will rise. That will basicly force out the criminal element, sadly to other parts of town.
