I think they like how Union center has progress after it has been built, being the first new interchange on I-75 in 30 years. Now 2 more, this and Austin pike.

How is Tower place doing these days? I remember they had a thing on CNN about how Cleveland and Cincinnati was booming in the early 90's with the opening of Towerplace and Cincinnati's Scripps center.
