I drove by that place just tonight on my way back from Loveland. They had alot of bikers at that joint today. It looks like in interesting place right off of Rt 50 in Milford.

Only 35k??? That's terrible. I was thinking the 100k range since they make 80-120k a year. My friend, who works at the Batavia plant is going to be hurting BIG TIME.

I can tell you this. I've seen a ton of for sale signs and for rent signs. Since i'm in the pest control industry I see people in all walks of life and what i have found more people are living with others. People want to save money and that's one way to do it, is to live with a buddy. That's one thing that going on in the city. I have never ever seen so many Africans living in Cincinnati. It seems every apartment i goto. They are immigrants(legally) from africa. Once the 2010 Census comes out in 2011 you will see Cincinnati has gained instead of lost residents. So this study is flawed in so so many way.
