  1. How much are they looking to prelease? 50%? That's 400,000 square feet. Hopefully it won't take another 15 years before the next 35+ story skyscraper is built.

Bedbugs do not infest cities. They are localized in building . You won't go door to door and find them. Fleas are far worse, i don't see why they talk about bedbugs this like it's an epidemic. Bedbugs are harder to control though, since they do not live in the carpets or baseboard. They usually live or feed high up off the floor which would make it difficult to treat with pesticides.
  3. They should have just moved the Convention center to Broadway Commons. We are far behind other Convention centers. Check this one out from New Orleans. It's expansion will add more space than our total space, even after our expansion..lol Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Expansion Current Square Feet of Exhibit Space: 1.1 Million Square Feet of Exhibit Space after Expansion: 1.6 Million

I'm in the pest control industry and i will tell you they have always been here.
  5. ^ Isn't the dump a private dump? What does Cincinnati or Hamiltion county has to do with this being conservative or progressive?
  6. What do they mean by on-campus? They own the street?
  7. This project is acting like Fountain Square West. Just build something like the Renaissance center in Detroit.
  8. It's very possible. You can have 5 11 1/2 foot lanes and one shoulder on the right, instead of 4 12 foot lanes and 2 10 foot shoulders.
  9. I think a new exit off I-71 for Victory parkway will change the whole area.
  10. One HOV lane can carry just as much people as 4 mainlines, so yes it does and it encourages mass transit. The biggest expense of this would be the I-71 and Norwood Lateral Interchange because of the entering traffic on the left sides of the Interstate.
  11. I-75 is too narrow for this option to put an HOV on the inside berm. Why don't they put HOV on the inside berms of I-71? There seems to be enough room. Here is an example i'm talking about.
  12. Broadway Tower Proposed condo tower atop existing Broadway Garage. news Seventh & Broadway $22.0 million Court Street Center I II and III Court St. & Elm St. RiverCrossing (MillerValentine/Greiwe Development Group) Development groups partnering with Gregory Family for proposed mixed-use retail/office project. 140 riverview condos, 50,000-70,000 sf of commercial space for two upscale restaurants. $75.0 million many other projects too. Near the bottom of that PDF file.
  13. Here is a site or a PDF i should say, that shows the state of downtown Cincinnati. It even has a couple of towers i never knew about being proposed. http://www.downtowncincinnati.com/PDFs/2Q-3Q_2005_State_of_Downtown_Cincinnati.pdf
  14. I wish this was in Western Hamilton County.
  15. This only shows expansions only, it does not show how many plants has closed. I wouldn't weigh too much into it.
  16. You know it wouldnt' be so bad, if the money was staying in the state by a local private company, but this money is going overseas. Wtf is this country coming too. We're selling our souls. From our ports to are airlines to our highway to our railroads. This country is fucked.
  17. Oh you mean where the plant that blew up a few years ago. I have no clue about what's going on lately with that.
  18. Those numbers are skewed somehow. It's says Dayton can support an NFL team 100%. NO way this region could support 2 NFL teams. Cincinnati is not going to build another arena, so you can count the NBA out. The only way is if Butler county builds an arena in monroe next to the Casino's, if it's ever built.
  19. Why not just route I-71 onto 315 and have 315/I-71 connect with I-71 north of Columbus in Delaware County?
  20. I'm not against Cincy, we just need to change how things are done.
  21. Just saying that doesn't happen in any another other major towns. I guarantee you, you won't find it in Seattle, Atlanta or NYC. They wouldn't allow such BS.
  22. What do you mean? I'm lying? Those things did happen or i should say didn't happen due to the bureaucracy of this town. I didn't even include the Millcreek and MSD projects that needs to be done. How is it you can allow cops to shoot unarmed blackmen, yet allow the KKK to set up a march on Fountain square?? This town is afraid of change period.
  23. If they needed that much space why not sign a lease at the queen city square 2???
