Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
How much are they looking to prelease? 50%? That's 400,000 square feet. Hopefully it won't take another 15 years before the next 35+ story skyscraper is built.

Bedbugs return to Ohio
Bedbugs do not infest cities. They are localized in building . You won't go door to door and find them. Fleas are far worse, i don't see why they talk about bedbugs this like it's an epidemic. Bedbugs are harder to control though, since they do not live in the carpets or baseboard. They usually live or feed high up off the floor which would make it difficult to treat with pesticides.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Convention Center / Hotel
They should have just moved the Convention center to Broadway Commons. We are far behind other Convention centers. Check this one out from New Orleans. It's expansion will add more space than our total space, even after our expansion..lol Ernest N. Morial Convention Center Expansion Current Square Feet of Exhibit Space: 1.1 Million Square Feet of Exhibit Space after Expansion: 1.6 Million

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
This project is acting like Fountain Square West. Just build something like the Renaissance center in Detroit.

Metro Cincinnati: Road & Highway News
It's very possible. You can have 5 11 1/2 foot lanes and one shoulder on the right, instead of 4 12 foot lanes and 2 10 foot shoulders.

Cincinnati: Evanston: Development and News
I think a new exit off I-71 for Victory parkway will change the whole area.
-
Metro Cincinnati: Road & Highway News
One HOV lane can carry just as much people as 4 mainlines, so yes it does and it encourages mass transit. The biggest expense of this would be the I-71 and Norwood Lateral Interchange because of the entering traffic on the left sides of the Interstate.
-
Metro Cincinnati: Road & Highway News
I-75 is too narrow for this option to put an HOV on the inside berm. Why don't they put HOV on the inside berms of I-71? There seems to be enough room. Here is an example i'm talking about.

Ohio, Cleveland, Cincinnati rank high in business expansion
This only shows expansions only, it does not show how many plants has closed. I wouldn't weigh too much into it.

Ohio Turnpike
You know it wouldnt' be so bad, if the money was staying in the state by a local private company, but this money is going overseas. Wtf is this country coming too. We're selling our souls. From our ports to are airlines to our highway to our railroads. This country is fucked.

That's monthly rent.

Cincy: An overextended sports town?
Those numbers are skewed somehow. It's says Dayton can support an NFL team 100%. NO way this region could support 2 NFL teams. Cincinnati is not going to build another arena, so you can count the NBA out. The only way is if Butler county builds an arena in monroe next to the Casino's, if it's ever built.

Columbus: Innerbelt News
Why not just route I-71 onto 315 and have 315/I-71 connect with I-71 north of Columbus in Delaware County?

The Great Cincinnati Conservatism Thread
I'm not against Cincy, we just need to change how things are done.

The Great Cincinnati Conservatism Thread
Just saying that doesn't happen in any another other major towns. I guarantee you, you won't find it in Seattle, Atlanta or NYC. They wouldn't allow such BS.
-
The Great Cincinnati Conservatism Thread
What do you mean? I'm lying? Those things did happen or i should say didn't happen due to the bureaucracy of this town. I didn't even include the Millcreek and MSD projects that needs to be done. How is it you can allow cops to shoot unarmed blackmen, yet allow the KKK to set up a march on Fountain square?? This town is afraid of change period.

Cincinnati: Kroger
If they needed that much space why not sign a lease at the queen city square 2???
