There is room in silverton trust me. I would have to show pics sometime to let you know what i mean. Of course a couple of homes would have to be sold to make all the acre available.
  2. That's a wild master plan.
  3. lol ok we have incredible and horrid. I would rather have something unique than what everyone else already has.

you're wrong silverton has alot of land east of i-71 that can be developed with high density housing or a scraper or 2.;) and along plainfield and woodford road. I live there.;)
  5. Hopefully construction can start in 2010.I'm certain it will be two bridges.
  6. If this fills up fast with only 80 units i'm sure you'll see another one or two will be built. Covington is looking more and more promising.

I don't know, but i know silverton or deer park would not mind this growth.
  8. This will be weird. will the railroad be an at grade crossing or they will make an underpass?

I mean how else they expect to get more money from the federal government? We area donar state anyway. We're not getting our full share. so more money should come into the area to help fund sewers, schools, roads etc. Why allow places like ATL and PHX to get the money sooner than us. So what they are growing fast, but we and Ohio have been neglected for MANY years. Let Warren grow to about 400k it still won't be as bad as it is in them other metro's.

I wonder how areas like Atlanta and PHX can handle 110k new residents and warren county can't even handle 20k a year.
  11. With all of the recent mergers. It wouldn't be a bad idea to put up one or 2 more towers just in case P&G, Federated or Chiquita desides to expand their HQ's with all the new executives and spin off activties of an merger.
  12. I rememeber when that place blew up. I heard it many miles away.
  13. Why don't they just desolve the Twp.
  14. Nah it's not going to be stacked. It's going ot be where that older garage is now. That will have to be raised. That's one reason why there is a garage under phase one. The garage i'm talking about is in the corner of that picture above on the left side.
  15. It looks like the pace is picking up. They are adding a floor every week or so.
  16. How do they get these projects funded so fast and down in cincinnati it takes years and years and years. That area would be just about around Kenwood road if it was located in Cincinnati. It makes me sick how other areas can get road projects done and approved faster than in SW Ohio.

Just think about it..what really would happen if there was really very little oil. Can you imagine $5-7 a gallon for gas. The areas that will fair better than others would be Chicago and NYC. They have superior mass transit compared to the rest of the other cities. Many cities would just die if there was no more oil. Cities like Las vegas, Orlando which rely mainly on tourism. Cities like Cincinnati and Cleveland and Atlant would die slower because you will not get enough workers to work because the metro's are so spread out.
  18. Watch the city get sued now, because they were negligent at allowing it to continue to operate on a invalid license.
  19. My guess is the highway may get 5 lanes in each direction but it will remain 3 lanes southbound i think until the entire length from 275 and the Ohio river is widen. If not it will create a huge bottleneck between paddock and I-275 southbound. In other words the extra lanes will be there but not stripped I think to prevent a huge bottleneck southbound.
  20. Every bar has fights. If that's a reason to close it down. Then every bar should be closed down. The incident happend outside the bar so how can you fault it for that? This is the firsttime i have heard of the place. Because of this one time incident, that should not be a reason to have a bar closed down. If so they should close the bar down in northside that was being rob a couple of years ago, but a patron shot the robber.
  21. Why would that bar be any more different than any other bar that's open on Main St?
  22. True, but that tunnel cost 14 Billion?????????????????????? That's a capital BEE. Taft just signed a bill last year to help widen I-75 and other Interstates around the state in it's 10 year plan.. I doubt it would stop because of rising energy costs.
  23. The whole thing will have to go, because remember they will have to update it for safety too, so that's 11 foot shoulders inside and out. So Shaving will not help. Do the whole thing right this time.
  24. Well since paddock was widen. I don't think there would be a need for that bridge anymore. That was just my cost saving plan.lol
