  1. Wow how could thay have just now found this out??.lol Anyone driving it knows it would have to be taken down while it was being built. There is no pillar in the middle of the birdge, so 5 lanes can easily use it and they can build another bridge, but that would take away some of the parking from the distillery plant on the westside Or they can build it on the eastside, but that may require relocation of Summit road a 100 feet or so. Either way it's going to cost money. I would close the other bridge just beyond that(it's hardly used anyway) That will save money of building another bridge there also.

Come on, common sense tells you to ban it in public. People eat stuff is their own choosing. That dosen't effect other people. All the above that you mention it's not labled to cause cancer. It can happen if you eat a huge amount if it every day. Which is highly unlikely.

I am not against it. If it prevents one person from getting cancer from second hand smoke.it's worth it.

Actually It's a misdemeanor right? Which means it could be jail time if the fine is not paid.
  6. Proposal calls for 14-lane bridge Seven lanes in each direction are needed for the Brent Spence Bridge replacement just to upgrade the traffic flow from a failing F grade to a D. That's the tall order Ohio and Kentucky engineers face as they move into the $18 million second phase of bridge development with $8 million in hand and $10 million more needed within two years to keep the project on track. http://www.cincypost.com/2005/02/08/bridge020805.html

  13. Yeah but you must understand it's a parking garage below so the concrete must be thicker to support all the extra cars and office space above.
  14. ^what do you mean it's winter? You can't pour concrete unless it's above a certain temperature.

This makes you wonder if they read these forums..lol Warren Co. leaders study I-71/I-75 link Major road improvements needed for connection By Erica Solvig Enquirer staff writer LEBANON - Warren County leaders are considering multimillion-dollar road improvements in Lebanon and Mason as a way to create an east-west connection between Interstates 71 and 75. A new bridge over the Little Miami and an overhaul at the notorious Fields Ertel exchange that could cost up to $150 million also are possibilities for helping motorists in Greater Cincinnati's fastest-growing county. Members of the Southwest Warren County Transportation Task Force agreed Friday that major investments are needed to handle existing traffic and to cope with future congestion. http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20050129/NEWS01/501290413/1056/NEWS0102
