Actually if you look at it, The peak will be 18 stories and the rest is slopped down from there to a low of 8 stories.

Ohhh i noticed that too. Maybe it will be two bridges?? It's kinda cool. I drove under it the other night and it was the first time I saw the letters light up. The Kenwood Rd bridge is going to be the same way. It will be a 8 lane bridge, but they didn't extend the pillars underneath for any expansion in the future on I-71.

Actually It's not enough. I read once full development happens in the area.There needs to be a minimum of 6 lanes each direction on the northern loop. Ohio does not think ahead like other states. What I mean by that is if you look at other states they add 2-3 additional lanes to the highways for future growth and unforeseen growth. Ohio is opposite. They wait until the last monment before they even start planning. I-75 is a prime example. That highway needed to be expanded YEARS ago. but it's still the same. Yet the continue to expand the suburban highways, but nothing in the inner core. If you ever driven through Cincinnati you will notice the highway are wider outside the loop than inside. Poor planning on both sides of the river.

Why several building? Why not just built up and have it under one roof?

Norwood is in a finacial crisis. They will take anything they can get. That's why the plans have been approved so fast.

This area is 2-3 miles from pleasant ridge.

This has to be a record year for Kings Island. Everytime I drive past it the parking lot is FULL.

Now is 180 acres of jobs and industies sprawl? Or 180 acres of residents sprawl? If you ever driven this stretch of highway. This will fill the void of development between the split and downtown cincinnati in KY.

To me I think Ohio would like nothing more than to have more residents live in Ohio to avoiding having to have to cross the bridge. But the bridge has to be widen or another one for 75 alone and give 71 the bridge only. That plan might cost more, but at least you would have one bridge open the whole time during constuction.

Well this could be a bad thing, because it would spur more developers t o build now instead of waiting for the fees to be impossed.

That would be bad for any small company wanting to start in the home building business.
