https://www.transportation.ohio.gov/wps/portal/gov/odot/projects/mega-projects/mega-projects/75-valley This is coming along. I suspect they will not open the additonal lane until the section between Sharon road and I-275 is completed. I see they are installing ramp meters on this section as well.
