It looks like most of these projects will be moved up. The state is sending $470 million to SW Ohio. $363.3 million for I-75. http://www.fox19.com/story/22901667/ohio-speeding-up-road-projects-with-turnpike-bonds

Cincinnati Reds Discussion
2nd time they had a chance to sweep the Pirates and could not do it. Votto double play in the 8th killed it. He has had tough luck the past couple of weeks. Errors, HR taken away etc. This is wild card time. So I have a feeling one and done.

Cincinnati: Parking Modernization
I for one was for the deal. Now that they did fix the budget for a few years with all the cuts they made before the deadline. I find that there was not need for the deal now. MLK interchange can wait. It's been like that for MANY decades and businesses are still there.

Didn't they request 700k a year more in funding and get assurances it will not be cut in the future?

Railroad? Railgun.
G forces that fast would kill anyone. The initial blast would too.

Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
Everyone needs to work together to make this as successful as possible.

Cranley would have to change his strategy now, if people know the city would lose $100,000,000 million or way more in future grants for other projects, if he alone kills the project.

^ I don't understand the numbers. Cincinnati never had over 90 murders.

I hope they get the rail from AK steel.

Cincinnati: Crime & Safety Discussion
40 homicides in a city with 290,000?! That's horrible numbers. The number of residence is meaningless when the metro is over 2.2 million.
-
Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
Does that mean they would have went up even if the bid was signed months ago? Would be scary if it went up 500k every 2 months.
