Well the governor did delay most of I-75 widening for up to 20 years. Due to lack of funding. Yet I-270 in Columbus on the northern part was just widened a few years ago now all of a sudden they get another 70 million from the feds to widen it more. Although this is not HOV they are starting construction on an Auxiliary lane Northbound from Pfeiffer Rd to I-275.
