The measure was spurred by a new state law that dramatically restricts the collective bargaining rights of public workers. Starting a governor recall effort would require a petition signed by 15 percent of the number of voters in the last governor election. The bill would also apply to other statewide officeholders, excepting judges.

I don't think it's the weather, not at all. But I do think there's a definite "grass is greener" attitude in those who move out. Cleveland is the butt of so many jokes, locally and nationally. Growing up in Cleveland there's a "I'd love to move away from Cleveland but I'm stuck here" attitude that so many have. It's infectious. I moved from Cleveland to Seattle within the last census, my main reasons were: -Lack of a new age economy in Cleveland -All my friends were moving away from Cleveland, as well as family -Attitude of people in Cleveland, bitter, close minded, and defensive -I like outdoor activities - Boston Mills, Lake Erie, and the Metroparks just weren't cutting it -Living in a declining metropolis is depressing, no hope for Cleveland to turn the corner Those are the main reasons I moved away; I'm sure it's different for everyone. Please take what I said with a grain of salt. It's only my personal opinion. :-) Take it as a gain of salt? Then why come on here with the name you have and post anything at all. Sounds like a personal vendetta to me.

^ They cost about 100,000 a sign. Dayton have had these a few months now. Cincinnati has had them over a decade now. They are apart of a traffic management system. Cincinnati is called Artimis. Im not sure what the name of the systems they have in Dayton and Columbus. ITS is coming to Cleveland as well.

Didn't they know they were 62% over programmed when it came to rank the projects??? If anything cut everyone of the projects in half. Not eliminate the highest ranking project all together.

They are building their case. I'm sure they are in talks with the AG of both Ohio and the US. They will not let a Blagojevich happen in Ohio.
