Sycamore Township: Kenwood Collection
Electrical contractor John Kraft said it was “very disappointing” that banks allowed the Kenwood project to continue last year, at a time when Kenwood Towne Place owners “had little to no cash in the game.” This guy is an idiot. He had no problem with winning the contract before the first shovel. I guess he's part of the blame too.

Isnt this the same line where Covington wants one of the bridges painted or something because of the eye sore?

Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
140 times? If that was the case wouldn't they build a 4 billion dollar system and gain 560 billion in development?

Cincinnati Southern Railway
I say sale for 500 million. Interest a year alone will cover any shortfalls in city revenue FOREVER.

Cincinnati: General Transit Thread
It's a shame Cincinnati can't get it's act together and build something like this through the middle of the highways. Perth Australia. A million less people than metro Cincinnati. Goran™ http://www.flickr.com/photos/22766589@N08/

There is no talent. If their was, we would not be in this whole mess we are now in this great country of ours. The people on NYC is no more special than the people that live in OTR.

Cincinnati: City Budget and Spending News & Discussion
I have been hearing that the true deficit was only like 400k. Somebody is lying or everyone is lying about something. Where did the funds go from the sale of the Blue Ash airport? Did i hear right that the city just built a new 78 million dollar school for the creative and performing arts???????

Cincinnati: MSA
Or Atlanta and it's 33 counties. The area is larger than the state of New Jersey.

Cincinnati-Dayton Megalopolis
If it was all one state im sure it would consolidate. Ky would fight tooth and nail to prevent another airport in the region.

Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
"The folks over at COAST like to throw around the word "boondoggle" a quite a bit. They claim the proposed streetcar route, if built, would be a "boondoggle" to the taxpayers despite the fact that our taxes would not be raised, nor would our tax dollars be used to pay for it's construction (the construction of the system would come from already collected capital funds and private contributions)." Wait it's already funded????

Cincinnati: Eastern Corridor
The city and county should fight for stimulus money to get the Oasis line up and running. It would be an excellent feeder for the streetcar.
