If you were to publish an urban magazine what would you want to see in it? Should it be national or local in scope? What format would you use? Cleveland is one of the few large cities that does not have a true urban magazine. It use to have Urban Dialect, but that is no longer around. Do other cities in Ohio have a true urban magazine? Frank
