Where is Twin Creek? I always forget that one, probably because I have no idea where it is. Up north somewhere?

General Roads & Highway Discussion (History, etc)
Encouraging hybrid cars is great, but HOV lanes are for reducing congestion. They should find another way to encourage people to drive hybrids.

Beavercreek: The Greene Town Center
Those pictures make Indian Ripple Road looks so strange to me. I'm not used to seeing it without a bunch of trees next to it. By the way, has anyone who's driven by lately noticed if there is some more land cleared immediately south of this site, right next to the highway? I want to say I remember seeing such a thing, but I'm not exactly in a position to go double check right now. P.S. Wilmington Pike, you mean.

CLEVELAND - Lurking on the Lake
Oooh looks nice. Thanks for posting and welcome aboard!

9th Street Stoll - Cincy
Great pictures! Does anyone know what the story is with Cheapside St.? On an old map, Cheapside Ave is a big fat thing running from Eighth to Court (a segment of Court no longer existing today), and I just know I have read mention of it, but I just can't recall. Was it some kind of market, perhaps?

Cincinnati & Columbus in March '06
I was with ColDay for those first few Columbus pictures from the Rhodes Tower and remarked that he probably already had a million pictures from up there. But he pointed out that he didn't have pictures with the Bank One sign down. Gotta keep up with the changing times!

Sunrise over Lake Monona
Cool, well if you want to meet or anything I'd be glad to... unless it's a part of May when I'm back in Ohio! (D'oh!)

Sunrise over Lake Monona
Wow, I've never thought about it that way. You just blew my mind. In response to the rest of your post, yes, as far as I know there's still a height limit. Although I do like being able to see the capitol, I keep looking at various views and thinking how cool it would be if there were a real skyline. By the way, you should send me a message when you're coming to Madison; maybe I know a good thing or two to take a picture of. :-) (Or maybe you know as much as I do.)

Looking for crack? It's not an Alabama leprechaun, you know.

Sunrise over Lake Monona
And what better way to end this day than with a beautiful sunset? :-) Had some nice clouds this time. Finally, post-sunset.

Cincinnati #1....for migraines?
Hooray for random lists! Looks like I live in migraine land, too. From that link, the factors in the rankings: The ranking is based on four categories of data: 1. The number of migraine-related drug prescriptions per capita (triptan-class drugs). 2. Lifestyle factors that can contribute to migraines (hours worked, overtime worked, plane travel, frequency of vigorous exercise, frequency of having trouble sleeping, frequency of sunburn). 3. Environmental factors that can trigger migraines (rapidly changing weather, extreme temperatures, divorce rate, commute time, crime rate, suicide rate). 4. Consumption of migraine-triggering foods (citrus fruits and juices, cheese, chocolate, pickles, sour cream, nuts, alcohol, pizza, coffee, tea, cola, hot dogs, sausage, peanut butter).
