Did anyone ever see the final renderings of the Yard House...last I heard the original design was rejected.

I wonder if they can...or will sell the development rights for the remaining phases.

Interesting property sale from the auditors website. It is the old Buckeye Sales building (Race and Court). I am hoping it is not a surface lot. Doesnt seem viable at 1.5 million with other lots not at capacity in the area. I think it depends on the mover. This is for a mover that is not based in Ohio, probably going to be more outbound bias. I have included another mover that shows an inflow. Sylvania Township trustee Kevin Haddad says a monorail through the Toledo area would revitalize the community. Does anyone know what he is talking about with these two developments ("the north side of Sixth Street east of Walnut Street, where Bella and Maisonette restaurants used to operate; and the former Crowne Plaza/Terrace Hilton hotel on Sixth Street between Vine and Race.")? Is this just speculation or is there something specific in the works?

Thanks for doing the homework. Its funny...I live near there and the parking lot across the street (on Central Ave) is barely half full during the week...and almost empty on the weekend...I am wondering how that is a good investment?!? Well, I guess I am not the "parking lot mogul" either!
