Thanks for the reply, Jerry. I indeed saw the buttons, but just wanted to put a bug in your ear for when the website eventually is rebuilt. :-)

Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
Forest City has a partnership with Scranton Averell. FCE doesn't actually own property on Scranton Peninsula, per se. See this article about the CRF move to Rivergate: http://www.crainscleveland.com/article/20090921/FREE/309219938/1018/resources If you look at a map (http://goo.gl/maps/wh5F), SA owns all of the property bordered by Scranton Road to the east, the railroad tracks to the west, the Lorain Carnegie Bridge to the south, and the Cuyahoga River to the north. They actually own the property north of Carter Road on which the truck depot and the boat facilities are located. They also own the parcel where CRF is presently located. Also, they own the Ferry Cap and Screw property on University and Scranton, and the property on the Cuyahoga River underneath the Innerbelt Bridge. Carter Peninsula Inc owns the rest of the peninsula west of the railroad tracks and south of CRF. The land east of Scranton (along the River, including the old Scaravelli Marina) was sold for the Towpath Trail by John Ferchill and Wolstein. So, three owners have all of the Peninsula. No joke.

Greater Cleveland RTA News & Discussion
I (and others) read and contribute to these forums for the information, not for watching forumers get chippy with one another. On topic, is there a plan in place to update the riderta.com website? It seems like it has been on the same iteration for a few years now (2005, if the footer is accurate), and it would be nice to better integrate it with Facebook and Twitter, both of which GCRTA seems to be using fairly frequently.

Cleveland: Flats Developments (Non-Stonebridge or FEB)
There is a truck facility just to the west, which, if they were so inclined, would be interested in purchasing that land. However, the Scranton Averill trust (which owns the Jim's property as well as 75% of the Scranton Peninsula) has never sold property as far as I can remember. They own the land that Cleveland Rowing Foundation is vacating to move to Rivergate. They own the old iron works site. Pretty much if it is on the Peninsula and is not occupied, they own it. This is just par for the course until development extends across from Downtown or down from Tremont and Ohio City.

*scowls* Owner looks to demolish building in Cleveland's Flats that housed Jim's Steak House By STAN BULLARD 8:50 am, November 30, 2010 The landmark building in Cleveland's Flats that long housed Jim's Steak House will fall to the wrecking ball if property owner Scranton Averell Corp. has its way. Tom Stickney, president of Scranton Averell, said the company wants to demolish the former restaurant and nightclub at 1800 Scranton Ave. because it is beyond repair. When/How Often do you take a shower?
I'll shower when I damn well feel dirty or odorous, or every other day when I am neither. I think Americans bathe too often anyway, but it also helps that I shave my head. Apropos of nothing, I think I found a video of MTS's fragrance routine:

Are you a METROSEXUAL?
Nothing wrong with having your wife or girlfriend give you clothes that are a little different from what you normally would get. I'd say that half of my casual wardrobe either comes from or was influenced by my girlfriends. It's just an opportunity to try something that is a little out of your comfort zone, but might actually suit you better.

Are you a METROSEXUAL?
Hm. The Mexicans I know don't use the term "güey" (pronounced "way"), but then again, it's been a while since I've hung out with my Mexicano friends in Texas. MTS is correct about how it is used, both for Puerto Ricans and Mexicans. It is the equivalent to saying "ni**a" to your black friend when you aren't. You two had better be real close, or you best be ready to get smacked.

Cleveland: Downtown Office Buildings Updates
I don't have a problem with the NineTwelve branding, as long as there is the accompanying actual work (obviously) and marketing that emphasizes the "9 a.m. to Midnight" mixed-use aspect, which is sorely lacking. The development model along E 9th is a holdover from the 70s and 80s when the expectation was that office workers would only be downtown during the daytime, and so office space was maximized as was lunchtime-oriented retail. The problem of businesses leaving E 9th means that there is an opportunity to throw in more residential and improve the retail. Why not have marketing accompany it?

Cleveland: Midtown: Development and News
And we'll end up with a traffic nightmare. Then we'll have more folks using the HealthLine Really, this could go on and on. While it is fine to call for a maximum number of parking spaces per 1,000 s.f., if the land costs are low enough right now for lower density development and surface parking, the best that can legally be done is to call for buildings to come to the property line. Over time, the space behind low-slung buildings that is used for parking will be built upon as property values rise with the attraction of new businesses. Density doesn't come overnight in non-CBDs. Even edge cities like Independence began with a few four-story buildings and surface parking. Only later were taller buildings and parking garages constructed.

Does that take you to progressive too? or do you have to walk outside? o_O It drops you off at the NW corner of the Q, but since folks are sitting outside to watch baseball anyway...

Guess the neighborhood
I've guessed two this week. both were easy. I'm looking for a picture that can stomp folks! But we already know the answer, Mr. Predictable. ;) Not really....I was looking for something south of the border. I thought that it increase your chance at a correct guess. I don't do south of Akron, sorry. You'll have to find somebody else to recognize the location of the shack by the river where you grew up. :-)

Darling, you're confusing me with Avogadro. Calling me Mexican is only slightly better than calling me a Platano. I'm an American citizen, just like both of my parents! Okay by me, Rita Moreno.

If you are trying to insult MTS, you're doing a poor job at it. Isn't enough that he's a Sorta Rican?
