Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
Well now that we have the groundbreaking for THE BANKS.I'm sure now it will be only a matter of time when they will break ground on phase II of qcs.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
Once they start construction in mid spring to early summer. I'm hoping they will have a new website just for the tower itself.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
Could it also have a big impact, when you are coming down from I-75 heading towards downtown.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
Any news lately. We have the Banks project starting this coming winter, I'm sure by next spring something will come about phase II I hope.

So ground breaking should be in 2009?

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
They haven't posted any new rederings of the model of II, if they plan on making it a little taller than the current rederings that have been posted. Assuming its still a current debate either to keep the original height, or change it to make it stand out more than Carew. Personally I think it should be just a little bit taller than Carew, even though Carew is a true symbol of Cincinnati.

I'm very excited to hear that the tower will be taller than originally planned. If that is true to the final blue prints of the building, but either way it's neat to hear that, at least 100 to 200 feet taller than Carew would be nice to see.

Cincinnati: Downtown: The Banks
I kinda like the new design, I would like to see new pictures once they come in. The building on the left looks a lot like Paul Brown Stadium especially the design on the roof.

Very exciting to hear about the new information, I think we are all ready to see II rise with the skyline :D.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
It's funny a couple of months ago, we were comparing Carew Tower and Key Bank Tower. But now if Key Bank Corp takes QCSII as well, we would be instead of Carew Tower. We would be comparing Key Bank Tower and QCSII since they would be own by the same company. But I hope not to see a key sign on phase II, to me I dont think it would look as good, just keep it the way it looks.

Any good news lately on the project from QCSI

Cincinnati Streetcar / The Connector News
This is very exciting for Cincinnati, it will help with traffic flow and create a more downtown atmosphere. Would there also be light rail going to the suburbs especially the eastside of town, where its more harder to reach downtown, without having to travel to either 71 or 471 to get to downtown.

Cincinnati: Downtown: Queen City Square
I just figured, that we would have some new information about it now, but I do apologize for asking for the same question in the past couple of weeks, I'm just thrilled about the new skycraper coming here, we haven't had a new one since the scripps building in 91.

So are we really get this, or do we have to vote for it again. This would be very nice to have in our great city. Cincinnati already is on the rise to new things, and ideas, and to me this is one of the great ones. The banks project is still a vision of what is to come, and hopefully that vision will be a reality soon, and hopefully this will come fast soon too.
