YES! Why not just overbuild now and have a taller tower? Doesn't that make more sense than knowing that you will 'add on' to it later-at a much higher price tag??? build us another 20 floor plus building!!!!!

I hope this condo tower is a big success..and is just the first of several they can stick into that area along/nearby/overlooking the river. I like how it (together with Miranova to the south) help the downtown skyline form more of a semicircle around teh Scioto Peninsula. It seems that the only things left on the Scioto Peninsula are COSI, Vets Memorial, and the old depot/turned into the firefighter center thing(forget actually what it is called). All the rest of the land is vacant or surface parking. I wonder what they have in store for that?

Redesign the thing some..but build it!!!!!!
