Cuyahoga Valley National Park
This is what you're looking for: https://runsignup.com/Race/OH/Hudson/FullOnCVNP They are in the 5th year of doing this. I did it I think the first year, which was the first winter of COVID. It was an awesome thing to do especially back then when we were still isolating so much. I also recommend it because they specifically look to hike 99% of the trails so they'll use trail connectors to combine trails that you might not otherwise do together. For example, when I did Ledges, I think it was like 7 miles because we started at the Kendall Lake parking lot whereas most people would just park at the Ledges parking and do like 3 miles from there. If you didn't want to sign up for this let me know, I could email you the old route guide that was sent to me, though trails do get slight modifications over time. Sign up for AllTrails if you haven't already. Best way to track.

Are you sure that's right? I think that might be beauty supply store (formerly loanmax) which is a separate building from the beauty supply and vet space.- Cuyahoga Valley National Park
If looking for car camping, there are a few sites at Heritage Farms, which is adjacent to CVNP. They are walk in sites and the sites are relatively far apart, which is nice.- Cleveland: Local Media News & Discussion

It really does feel like it's moving slow. No, that lot at the corner of Coventry and Cedar is owned by the city. I drive by the Medusa building often - I love that building and was inside it a few years back. Would be a cool mid-century modern reno.- 2022 U.S. Senate Race

@cityEscapeThere's a facebook group called BuildCLM and someone asked about how they can get a sign? Any plans to get more? I'd be willing to contribute to the cost.- Cleveland: Opportunity Corridor Boulevard
IMG_5297.MOV Had to get something from Steelyard Home Depot. Used Waze to see if it would take me using it from CH and it did. Here’s a time lapse of the way back.- Cleveland Heights: Development and News
This looks like a perfect spot for the park that people want as, unless I'm mistaken, that area is not part of the proposed development.- Shaker Lakes
Hopes for Horseshoe Lake remain drained in sewer district dam assessment https://www.cleveland.com/community/2021/06/hopes-for-horseshoe-lake-remain-drained-in-sewer-district-dam-assessment.html It seems crazy to me that after 170 years(!!), they're just like, "eh, we're gonna get rid of Horseshoe lake for a couple streams." Further crazy that it's been drained for 3 years and they're saying it'll be 2024 (let's be real, 2025) until anything is done here. And these costs seem absurd to replace a dam. We're not talking Hoover dam here.- Off Topic
I've heard this mentioned before. I'm certainly no lawyer and I know you are, but I find this hard to believe. As a homeowner, aren't I assuming a responsibility for the condition of my property regardless of whether I shovel snow or not? If someone trips over an exposed tree root and breaks an arm on my property, I wouldn't say "not my fault, I didn't try to trim it back, so nothing I could do about it."- Cleveland Guardians Discussion
Why do marketing options for Spiders suck? I'm 100% all in on Spiders. I think it sounds great and it's a scary animal! I completely hate guardians and would hate to have to explain to people for the next 10 years what it means... That's good question. I can't answer as we are generally looking in the S and UH. And yeah, Hudson and Chagrin Falls have both been popular for a while and certainly Lakewood. But while Lakewood had been booming the past several years CH seemed to be humming along as normal. But I've never seen this amount of activity that you have multiples, often above ask. I know of someone getting 16% above ask. So this is all anecdotal my pure speculation on why CH is that interest rates are low, supply is low (I guess??), and maybe bigger is the ability (though getting much harder) to get a quality home for $150k or less close to downtown / university circle.
