^ Not exactly what you are looking for, but I'm getting ready to sell my 3 bedroom, 1 bath house in Cleveland Heights soon. It has been updated at least.....

Real good interview. The more I read about this guy the more I like the hire. Q&A: Cavs Coach David Blatt on LeBron, Princeton, and ‘The Natural’ http://grantland.com/the-triangle/qa-cavs-coach-david-blatt-on-lebron-princeton-and-the-natural/

I believe sign and trades are allowed since the player being signed is already with the team. You can't sign a new contract with a new team and then be traded.

Hmm..... How about a high end car dealership?

I put a deposit yesterday on partial season tickets - it was $100 per seat. Today it's $500 per seat and I get to pick my seats ahead of everyone buying seats today. Good bet by me! ha.

Hopefully for us the announcement comes at 3:30

Here's my take on Sheridan - he used to be with ESPN, right? How long has he had his own site? If it's very new, isn't possible he's saying all this to drive people to his new site? I didn't even know about it until this week? Of course, if he's wrong he loses some credibility but think of all of the new eyes on his site now. And he can always backtrack and just say, "well I didn't say 100%, I only said 90%" or "at the time it I was sure, but Lebron changed his mind."

it is WAY too quiet today! Nothing out of Windhorst, Woj, Broussard or any other NBA writer I follow.

Apparently he always moves his cars. No secret that he'd be in Akron this summer. And Rich Paul reps T Thompson.

Jesus it's getting crazy. Broussard reporting we are going after Ray Allen and Mike Miller. Rizzo reporting we have a deal in place for Love. We better not give up any significant assets for Love unless he extends.

I generally consider myself an optimist, but I'm skeptical he'd actually come back. That said, I am refreshing my twitter feed non-stop today! Particularly looking for (real) news that we've traded Jack.

    Fake David Aldridge account.

And to be used for leverage with the Heat.
  15. ^ kudos to all law enforcement agencies involved. It seems as most of the serious crime incidents that have occurred in CH over the last few years were committed by non CH residents.

  17. Unfortunately, I am hearing that he has passed away. Wow, what a tragedy.
  18. Now I'm hearing attempted robbery as well as other rumors so I'll stop speculating and let the facts come out.
  19. ^^ I assume you mean the cameras on the street? Hopefully they had cameras inside too. Most restaurants deposit the weekend take on Mondays. I'm hearing streets around meadowbrook are blocked off and there are a lot of cops - maybe they have the person cornered?? Also hearing the shooting was in the basement office and might not a robbery but the owner was targeted. Disgruntled patron or employee? <- this is all pure speculation.
  20. Just heard that Colony on Lee Road in Cleveland Heights was robbed today and the owner was shot. Terrible.
  21. And what the hell is this? I know they have a disclaimer and all, but they are fictionalizing the news! Stick to reporting the facts, not turning it into a story! The Hunt for Heroin: An informant and a pistol-whipping, Part 1 June 2010 — Snitches, they're called in the street. In our office, we call them informants. Without them, we can be blind. With them, we get on the trail of the bad guys. http://www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2014/06/the_hunt_for_heroin_an_informa.html#incart_river_default Editor’s Note This story is part of a series that is completely based on public documents filed in the courts by investigators and the U.S. Attorney's office. The documents present the government's theory about what it describes as a Cleveland heroin ring. Charges have been filed against a number of defendants, but none of the people identified in the series have had their days in court and are presumed innocent unless convicted. The non-traditional presentation of this case is through the eyes of the investigators in a composite of what the public records reveal. Investigators did not agree to be interviewed for this series.
  22. Wow, that's incredible. A couple years ago I wanted to start a blog with screenshots of all their typos but I was too lazy to actually do it.
  23. ^ tell him/her to check out Soho in Ohio City. While they book up on weekends, I'd be surprised if they were booked up this early.
  24. Hope to see you there. At this point, our district does not extend up there. As you can imagine, it is a lot of work to start a non profit and undertake a streetscape study for our neighborhood. We didn't want to extend ourselves too think by having too much geography to cover. Better to start small and expand if and when able.
