Cleveland: One University Circle
I was just at an event that Chris Ronayne spoke at. He mentioned they just signed a development agreement for a residential apartment tower. I think he said corner of Euclid and E 107th. He said 30 stories, but I assume that it's not final as he said even if it was 20 stories it'd still be the tallest residential tower in years. He said he couldn't say any more and we'd likely hear about it soon.

The Official *I Love Cleveland* Thread
^ That's good to hear, but I will say this - while I think it's great that those people have heard positive things about us, I think those people are the exception, not the norm. It sounds like they are "cultured" people who pay attention to the food scene / food network, etc. I'd say most americans don't fall into this category, which is why that new video is so great. I travel a fair amount and what I hear the most is: "I've heard of the flats" and "so do you hate Lebron?"

I'll just chime in that if the website isn't ready they shouldn't have made it live for people to see it yet.

Fat Tueday at Soho. They will have Revolution Brass Band playing. Also - check out their upcoming Pappy tasting (which sold out in 30 minutes). For those that don't know Pappy is basically the holy grail for bourbon drinkers.

His new house is right by my parents - I just drove by last week and saw worker trucks outside. They must be doing a complete overhaul.

^ that's annoying. Everyone knows the onion is fake, but people don't expect it from the new yorker. Unless I'm missing something - does the new yorker frequently have fake stories? Are people seeing this and sharing it on social media like it was true?

Re: Brown - I get that players have to be willing to be coached and buy into the system. And while it seems like Kyrie and Brown aren't getting along, I'll certainly not defend Kyrie for being immature, but just because Kyrie is being immature, doesn't mean that Brown isn't a bad coach. I mean for being such a defensive coach, why do we rank 23rd in points allowed???

Pet Peeves!
Just because I was ticketed, doesn't mean it was a valid ticket (at least in CH). I thoroughly reviewed the ordinance and I feel I would have won the case.

Pet Peeves!
So you guys all hate me. ha. I once got a ticket in CH (no surprise) for not clearing snow off my back window. I was pissed and fought it. I looked up the ordinance I was ticketed for and it referred to obstructed view of front window with no mention of back. I was all set to win my case. I go to court - prosecutor offers me a plea deal and I said no, I think I have a good case. The cop didn't show and I get off the hook. I thought it was a pretty dirty tactic on the prosecutor’s part who probably knew the cop wasn't going to show. The funny thing is I got a speeding ticket in Shaker on my way to court which ended up being more expensive than if I just paid the original ticket. ha.
