even if too many people are betting one way, that is a pretty dramatic shift in odds. Usually the odds would be altered, but not by that much.

Other gamblers correct me if I mess this up - It means that 48 hrs ago, you would have had to bet $100 to win $125. Now, you would need to bet $500 just to win $100. In other words, something happened in the past 48 hrs as far as the sportsbooks are concerned and now lebron is HEAVILY favored to go to the Bulls.

Bill Simmons tweet: sportsguy33 48 hrs ago: sportsbook.com had LeBron at +125 to sign w/ Bulls. Bosh was +300. Now? They're both -500. Hmmmmmm.
  4. Ask and you shall receive. I snapped a few quick shots while it looked like the building was being boarded up. Not sure if that would be temporary or not.
  5. I know, I was thinking before M vs. F aired that I hadn't been to Hot Sauce Williams in a while. Now I'm not sure if I want to go for another while yet :( No need to wait, you can go now. I went at 7:00 last night and it was not packed at all.
  6. Well I for one (white person) was thinking about getting a polish boy from HSW tonight. Hopefully they are not too packed.

    Very strong - 9.1%!
  8. It is part of CSU's master plan. The master plan calls for a pedestrian walkway to connect Euclid to Prospect (and the Wolstein Center). Initially, it will be more of a pedestrian plaza as they do not currently control the parking lot that is behind it. It will have walkway, grass/landscaping, etc. It will also allow us to put patios on the side of our building for restaurants.
  9. Dear God, I had no idea this place was creeping into Ohio. The one near my home when I was living in Orlando was absolutely horrible. Bad food, bad service, bad atmosphere, probably perfect for a college campus. A lot of those factors are probably an indicator of the individual franchisee. Like any other chain, some locations are better than others. I can assure you this franchisee is a good one - and it will be perfect for a college campus. As to timing, Moe's will not be open by 8/30. I am not involved in the construction meetings, but Jimmy John's and my company's office should be opening somewhere around 8/30, give or take a couple weeks. Construction has started on both spaces.
  10. Things are moving along - second tenant signed a lease for 1938 Euclid this week. Joining Jimmy John's will be Moe's Southwest Grill. We have one 4,300 sf space left. Also, 1910 has been torn down.

I lived on Lennox for 6 years and only moved out last fall because I got a house. Lennox was a great street to live on. There is a nice mix of college students and other young people and even some young families. No problem walking around, even late at night. The apartments are nice and most have heat included.

Saw a dead deer on the side of the road this morning on Carnegie!
  14. Good news - I'm told that demo has started on 1910 Euclid (to create the public plaza). This will open up the side of 1938 Euclid to pop in windows and patio(s) for retail tenants.

That is a LED flashlight, pointed up. Thanks all for the feedback on the polarizers. I may get one of those Hoyas since I don't want to spend more than that right now.
  16. I did have a UV filter on the lens, so maybe that caused it. It was worse the longer the shot that I took. I guess next time, I will have to try removing the filter.

  18. Can anyone tell me why there is this purplish color in the corners?

That is good news. Maybe I need to make another trip before I can't anymore.

With the exception of this week, we have had a fair amount of rain in the month of may. This waterfall is nearby, I didn't look for it when I was taking pics of Blue Hen Falls because I didn't have the time. http://gowaterfalling.com/waterfalls/buttermilkCUVA.shtml

A few pics I took at Blue Hen Falls in Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
  22. I can't figure out how to add Flickr pics on here, so here is the link.... EDIT - link deleted, but I'll add pics in the future. Work has started on Jimmy John's at 1938 Euclid Ave.

I went out on Saturday and got some more pictures of a waterfall in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. I'll post some pics once I get the chance to download them. In the meantime, I am thinking about getting a polarizer, as suggested above. Sherman (and anyone else) - What do you think of these? http://www.amazon.com/Hoya-52POL-Polarizing-Photo-Filter/dp/B00006I5BN/ref=sr_1_23?ie=UTF8&s=photo&qid=1274708809&sr=1-23 http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00006HOAN?tag=choosedway-20

And compared to the flavor of strawberry! Yes, we can be annoying lol, but there is a valid point made in the article: In CLE, is James held in such esteem as to be free from criticism? It sometimes seems that way. Well in NY he will be criticised for EVERYTHING. He will be all over the NY tabloids - including his family.
