It's been my experience that women like being treated like crap. Of course, they will never admit it. While, "Make me a sandwich" might result in a "f*ck you, *sshole", It still makes them smile. Go figure. ducking....... :-) Sad part is, if you're looking for thrown rotten eggs and tomatoes its not coming from me. I completely agree with this based on my own experiences. *ducks too*

some 7 elevens become qwik-e-marts
I blame the Springfield paper. Any paper with the 1st Page headline "Spinning Newspaper Injuries up 600%" probably isn't a good source. *looks at own posts in thread* Oh... oh.... so this is MY fault...!? Whatever ><

They copied that from Conan O'brien: [youtube=425,350]<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLo1USJIkgY"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLo1USJIkgY" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object> http://youtube.com/watch?v=VLo1USJIkgY The video mentions completely different things from what I posted. But I guess everyone was bound to do this type of spoof in their own ways. I just saw MadTVs version.

iPhone
Something I found on the net Coming June 29th, it's iPhone 6.0. It makes calls, goes on the Internet, faxes, sends Morse code, finalizes tax returns, doubles as a portable MRI, plays digital music, fixes moral dilemmas, cleans earwax, cures inoperable tumors, dances, and in three separate test cases, it even impregnated women who previously had their tubes tied. Plus it's even a beeper. It's iPhone 6.0, the only phone you'll ever need until the next one comes out. Apple iPhones, buy one today before it's ancient technology tomorrow. XD

Yes, horrible things don't happen in other parts of the world. All is roses in Iraq, Darfur, and Rio right now. You forgot the Congo and Indonesia (Slightly kidding, but you know what I'm getting at.) Its pretty brutal all around. You really have to look to find some of it though.

problem is when you have grandma doing five under and suzy snowflake wanting to to 15 over, something has to give and usually its safety. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Ohio should adopt the 85th percentile rule for most of its roads. I took a minute to try and figure the 85%tile out and can't..do tell. DOT monitors speeds over a period of time, they look at the distrubtion and percentiles, and set the speed at the 85th percentile. So if most drivers are going 70 mph and that's the 85th percentile, that's what the set the speed limit at. The only problem I have with this is that I've personally seen people driving pitfully at faster speeds. Poor judgement, timing and decisions, I've seen it. Perhaps it could work, but I'm still worried about the whole thing.

I agree with you there. And in some parts of the freeway it is like this. Sad but true fact. I don't think we should let them go 80 or 90. I know plenty of cases of people going 80+ that end in disaster. Yea its quite a situation. Of course, careful safe and law-abiding driving is an all-around good solution, but I don't expect everyone cheer all at once -_-- Portland, Oregon - Part 3
Yep leave it to the UC planning students, you're bound to find some awesome ideas. I mean not only would it be an alternate form of transportation, it would be a fun form of transportation. And it'd be something unique for the area. *keeps dreaming*- Atlanta Documentary Part 2: Downtown
ROFLcopter. Yea I thought that was some retarded muppet too. So that's really an XU mascot!? *Chokes back laughter*- Atlanta Documentary Part 2: Downtown
I remember the waterfall wall back during my trip to Atlanta last year. And yea panhandlers are aggressive. Fortunately for me I look like one of the weirdos so I don't get hassled as much. Glad nothing happened to you Rando.- "Urban Planning, What Is That, Like, Engineering?!??"
Nah... Instead we play some of the weirdest games ever ArcMap 9, Broken Mapping AutoCAD 2007, the dull lines edition Microsoft Word, Legal description edition Microsoft Powerpoint, the Blahblahblah edition Property Disputes, why can't I have my 30 foot fence Tran Plan, build more roads not rails stupid! -_- NIMBY the next generation Sketchup, march of the rectanglez!!! Yep, fun stuff XD- iPhone

Quoted for Truth and Emphasized for Greater Truth. I sure as hell don't like driving 15-20 mins or more to any place, especially since I'm surrounded by moronic and careless drivers. More time on the road means more time dealing with these clowns. Now I'll agree with rage on this one. I'd like some sort of stats on it. I only have slight doubts about this statement and I will not be surprised if it holds true. - Cleveland Drivers
