Websites like this usually have evolved past chatspeak. And I like what you did with your signature, I think I am gonna do the same. :-D

random pics of Vincenns Indiana.
Its spelled Vincennes, it has few(if any) buildings from the 18th century, but it has a large number of buildings from the begining of the 19th century(unlike alot of midwestern cities). Vincennes was a trading post, and towards the end of the 18th century had fifty or so cabins made of logs painted with whitewash alot usually with native american/french mixed families. When the English took over Vincennes they put fences up agianst trade with the natives and that displeased the French greatly who had been living with the natives. I am not sure how long the french culture lasted, but it still exsist(to some extant) in names and farm layouts in the area, like Burenette or Busseron streets, or St.Louis street, all main roads during the French era. Many of the settlers dident have to work as much as the colonials on the East coast becuase of the trade, a trader mentioned them as "lazy" saying "the women do not weave or sew, and the men do not farm or chop." Since the land along the wabash is so fertile it only needs tended once a year. The french made their living off of fur trade. The first bishop came down from Quebec and helped construct a new chapel,(which helped the settlement be more community like as a town center.) the Old Cathedral stands on the same place as the previouse wooden one. The town wasent like Quebec or Montreal' or anything, but it was a pretty large french town(for an indiana settlement.) The Colonials(when under British control) were not allowed to go to the Newly captured French section of the Americas, so the French culture continued to develope there, it wasent untill poineers from the coast came that the french culture started blending. Today the county is about 9.7% french decent(which is a large amount for Indiana aswell.)

Muncie, Indiana [Part 1]
Indiana was a strong hold for the kkk in the first half of the 20th century. Though its basically fallen apart now, there is still alot of racism in the older more rural generation. Though this is not unique to Indiana.

Flat Earth Society - They believe the Earth is Flat
Wow, I never thought anyone would even so much as slightly think that the earth was flat,(unless they were five or nuts.) I honestly dont understand why they think the earth is flat, if the earth was flying upward, we would all be blown to the edges and off, and that would mean that we would be pulled up aswell. What would be keeping us from being pulled up just like the earth? And whats stopping us from crashing into something much larger and heavier and moves upward slower?

Cincinnati: "Snow"ver-the-Rhine
I cant wait to see what Cincinnati will look like after alot of work, it has many advantages, and could get alot off of tourism.

Lafayette, Indiana [Part 2]
I love Lafayette, its history dates back to NewFrance time, when a small NewFrance trading post and native/french village was located there. The city is very intact, and very gorgouse with all the 19th century architecture, it is probably the most ornate historical Indiana city outside of Indianapolis.

I hate racing, which is kinda ironic... But yah, they come by the thousands, its incredable!

Livingston County, MI
lovely town, I really admire how brave those athiests are, becuase there are the smart christians, who don't attack anyone who belives in something else and has there public rallies, and then the retarded christians, who think they own the place and try to destroy other peoples ideas, I really respect smart christians, becuase alot of the ones I know are good people, but the retarded ones, really need to be hit in the face with frying pans, if they were peacefully exhibiting there faith, then I would be fine with it, but it looks as if they are attacking them. Other than that, I adore that town, I love the tiny chapels and the old buildings, very scandanavian.

Indianapolis: Carmel...New Urbanism and such!
No, its just the way you put it, it sounds like the 50's stereotype kind of place, not much really going on, or maybe I misunderstood you.

Indianapolis: Carmel...New Urbanism and such!
I would say the Fall Creek Place Neighborhood near downtown Indianapolis does a pretty good job of this. Yah fall creek does, and it really looks great! But I think they should use these methods like along the canal, or as downtown urban infill, especially on Meridian street, I mean becuase, just becuase its a new structure doesen't mean it has to look new.

Indianapolis: Carmel...New Urbanism and such!
Maybe you mean something else, but I don't understand your description of 'stereotype land' for Carmel...what is the stereotype that is being portrayed?? Oh...and just to throw some actual substance behind any of these claims...here is the census data for Carmel, IN: City of Carmel: 37,733 White 34,951 (total population) 92.6% (% of population) Black or African American 555 1.5% American Indian and Alaska Native 52 0.1% Asian 1,651 4.4% Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander 17 0.0% Hispanic or Latino 649 1.7% Some other race 173 0.5% Two or more races 334 0.9% Thats really not that diverse, and as stereotype, I mean, the guys playing football and the other people.

Indianapolis: Carmel...New Urbanism and such!
Yes, as UCPlanner stated, there were many people using those spaces. For example: -A father and son were playing catch -A group of children were playing tag...or something of that nature -A family (mom and 2 children) were taking a bike ride along the bike/walking path through the community -A group of friends were enjoying dinner outside an italian restaurant -A couple was walking their dogs through a park -A couple of guys were tossing football in a little park -And people were walking/biking everywhere It got to a point where I thought to myself..."I'm in utopia!" It was that awesome! It was great to see almost no cars in use throughout the entire neighborhood. The parks and businesses were being used but the only vehicular traffic was that of people returning home from work (outside of the community). Otherwise everyone walked and biked all over.....most houses had a bike sitting outside somewhere as if it had been just used. GREAT PLACE! Sounds like steroetype land, I agree about a good flow of pedestrian traffic, but really, by the way you state it, it sounds like Carmel is a city of one ethnic group and of stereotypes, I would not want to live there.

Indianapolis: Carmel...New Urbanism and such!
I like the idea of constructing new old, I just wish they would put this method to use in downtown Indy, other than that, it really doesen't give Carmel an urban feel, this is just my opinion, but I find it kinda fake.

In these photos there are quite a few structures with alot of peotential, I really wish the city would invest in those structures aswell.

Indianapolis is truely a monumental city, there aren't just war monuments either, there are several monuments, not large, scattered across the city dedicated to the public, structures, safety organizations, etc.

Indianapolis photos!(not by me!)
I am not exactly %100 sure were to find it on the internet, but if you look it up, you will find it, its also the racing capitol of the world, it has the most war monuments outside of DC, just go to the Indianapolis website, but they do tend to only have useless information. Try going to an Indianapolis tourism website.

Dayton: Random Development and News
Oh god I hope they don't demolish it, that building is gorgouse, and if they do they are total morons who probably doodle in tax files.

Indianapolis photos!(not by me!)
Other than that, Indianapolis has the most monumental greenspace outside of DC, and hosts many world famouse sports events, and hosts a world famouse race, not to mention the biggest raceway in the world, it also has a very fast growing central area with mass retorations, especially of houses, and also has many interesting neighborhoods, and the walker theater, and much more.
