Can anyone confirm this is true—Case Western Reserve has rented all or most of these new apartments??

No joke! I was just talking to someone recently on how Old Brooklyn needs a brewery...plant some more seeds of redevelopment. And it specifically came up: "how cool of a name, Old Brooklyn Brewery...or the OBB." If anyone wants to go into business together, let know if we need some VA business loans. :) Back to this development--feels like the right place at the right time.

I recall being mixed feelings when this complex was built, but it was really grown on me over the years. I'd vote it has aged really well. The copper-tiled roofs continue to look cooler every year. Every fall I hear opposing team's players and fans compliment the facility. Even the fall sports teams--women's soccer, football, and men's soccer--have been ranked in the top 25 most years recently, probably a direct link to this complex serving as a top notch recruiting tool. Some DIII facilities are like a field with some bleachers for those who have been to away game... Cherry on top is the nod to history with the Steve Belichick Varsity Weight Room, gifted by Bill Belichick in honor of his father...and the Coach Bill Edwards president's suite (winningest coach in CWRU history and Bill's godfather)
